It's all very well being able to design your own trainers, but what if you just want an old trainer that they don't make anymore? The trainer in question is the Nike Air Epic in Medium Grey/Lt Bone - Soft Grey Grcl/Ecru - Grimoy. I've totally destroyed pair #3 and am in desperate need of another five pairs that I can wear into the ground.
If it's so easy to make bespoke shoes, why can't you just request something from the back catalogue? Or why have Nike not created a site where you can request reissues? It could be one of those crazy peer voting things that Nike seem to pull off very well. On a business level it makes perfect sense; give the consumer the 'power' to get a shoe reissued and know for sure that the reissued shoe is going to be in demand, or how much demand it will have. I doubt more than 250 people will be interested in the re-release of the Huarache Plus. Anyway Mark Parker, I just want my Epics again. Make it happen.
Yes to that! They're very beautiful.
