Amelia is right. I am the dirty word girl (wait, that doesn't sound right...).

When it comes to responsibility, I'm also of the belief that social media (when it comes to continual conversations) should be managed by clients. While leaving the idea and content creation to agencies. This is how we work on Doritos, and people in my group were genuinely shocked about how hands-on my client is at tweeting etc!
